Vette Goes For A Swim
My brother saw this Corvette in his industrial complex yesterday in the storms. Apparently due to high water he could not see where the parking lot ended and the retention pond started, and put it right in the drink.

More of the story from Ted:

The vette picture is attached. It did go all the way under!
I talked with the driver. He is not familiar with the parking lot he was in, the pond water was up in the lot and he thought the parking lot went between 2 buildings, but that is where the pond was... when he realized there was a problem it was to late... The car floated for a bit and he couldn't roll down a window or open the door, so he opened the convertable top, climbed out and swam to shore as the car finished sinking.
