Mr Hash has never made a car he couldn't fix. If the problem is mysterious, he seems to take it personally. They work on everything from old Jags, Volvos, Lambos, Ferraris, Datsuns, etc. I have lots of respect for everyone I have come in contact with there.

I've seen older Lambo's there. They have tons of experience with SU Carbs and such. I saw a concourse winner in the garage one day. Always surprised to find something interesting they are working on.

It's the recommended shop by Lexus/Jag/Volvo etc I believe. The last time I went, there was a Bentley, Porsche Cayman, Lexus LS460, the new Audi S6, etc.

Great facility. The lounge is one of the nicest waiting rooms I've been. Complete witha digital coffee machine, salt water tank with really cool fish and other creatures, die cast cars, and they had free cinnamon rolls last time I went.

We all know that the better the coffee the machine, the better the work right? Actually, Connan's paint and body did a great job on fixing my car (hit and run accident, front bumper and rear 1/4 panel). Thumbs up to them.

HOWEVER, their administrative side seems to have some communication issues.
1). They tried fixing some things I told them I will do myself. They even ordered wrong parts
2). When I picked up my car, my key was cracked in half with the transponder missing. Keys do get broken, I understand. What makes me really angry is that they tried to play it off as if nothing was wrong. I made them order a new set of key.
3). I checked their work and they did not paint behind the taillight where I was hit. The paint is chipped and nothing is done to it. It's not a visible part so they thought they could get away with it maybe? I called and complained, was promised a call by the manager which never came till I called again about my key. They didn't even discuss about my 1/4 panel.

Great skills, props to whoever does the work. but the administration seriouslly needs some improvement.

Can any one suggest/recommend someone who is good at adjusting triple sidedraft carbs similar to Webers? Any of you old school folks out there who have a old Ferrari or Lamb?

Carb guru, eh? I wonder if he'd take a look at one of my bikes...

I wouldn't think that bike carbs can't be that hard. I've pretty much mastered SU carbs and I don'd believe motorcycle carbs are much different. What is the bike doing if I might ask?

Well, I've got 2 that are having trouble. One's rich, the other's super lean.

The one that's lean is lean because I have a WAY OVERSIZED airbox installed and a wide open exhaust on it.

The one that's rich is mostly stock, but I did discover that I've got some serious exhaust (muffler) issues... considering that it flew off while I was on the track saturday.

What's an airbox? Is 3" exhaust on an normally aspirated engine too much exhaust for a little straight 6? Hee-hee!
